SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our site rules and regulations. Together, we can make your stay at Belhaven Lake RV Resort relaxing and worry-free.

The following are NOT permitted in Belhaven Lake RV Resort Campground:

  1. Garbage disposals, dishwashers, washers or dryers are not permitted.

  2. Refrigerators located outside of the trailer, screen room, or shed.

  3. Playground swing sets, and fences of any type.

  4. Household toilets (we only permit marine type toilets).

  5. Signs of any type, except for the name of the site owner(s), are strictly prohibited.

  6. Gas powered and/or 3 wheeled golf carts.

  7. Trailers older than 20 years (those already here are allowed to stay).

  8. Sale of trailer that does not go through the front office.

  9. Fireworks OF ANY KIND are not permitted.

  10. Clotheslines are not permitted.

  11. Wooden structures other than decks or docks.

  12. ATV’s, mini bikes, and standup scooters are not permitted.

  13. Obscene language and/or actions including drunk/disorderly behavior are prohibited.

  14. More than one trailer/camping unit per site.

  15. More than one shed or storage container per site.

  16. Trampolines, either on the ground or in the water, are not allowed.

  17. Gasoline powered motors are not permitted on the lake.

  18. Boats should be a maximum of 15’ and must be purchased from a manufacturer.

  19. Gas powered equipment (lawn mower, weed trimmers, etc.) are not allowed and gas cans are not permitted to be used or stored on campground property.

  20. Businesses of any kind are not to be operated on campground property. This includes private or commercial enterprises, trade, religious, educational, food, beverage or other similar enterprises.

  21. More than one hard top structure per site are not permitted. (i.e. Florida room, gazebo)
